Near Perfect Pitch

With all the discussion lately about how to pitch and what elements go into a good pitch, I thought it would be helpful to provide an example of a nearly perfect pitched. This is from a television program called ‘On the Lot.’

One of the things that I noticed about this final pitch is that he seems to quickly establish the Objective Story throughline, followed quickly by the Main Character throughline and the Impact Character through line and then concentrates on the subjective story throughline to the end of the pitch. What do you think of his technique?
